How to Participate

1. Confirm Your Team is in Our Database

Make sure the appropriate leaders at your firm — typically Finance, HR, Operations, and Agency Leadership — are in our database so they receive all study invitations and reminders.

1. Watch for Study Announcements

Keep an eye on emails and portal notifications announcing when each benchmark study is opening. Each study has a defined field window.

1. Complete the Study Within the Allotted Time

Once you receive an invitation, submit your firm’s data before the deadline. Timely participation ensures your agency is represented in the final analysis and helps strengthen the industry-wide dataset.

1. Access the Final Report

When the study is complete, participating members receive both a downloadable PDF and access to a digital, interactive version in the Member Portal.
